Wali derived from the Arabic "waliya- yah ', meaning that people very close or follow it indefinitely. Meaning Wali is a believer, pious, devout, obedient to God's command that obedience continuously, without punctuated by immoral acts.
People are entitled to master it (the trustees), only those who do right, but most of them do not know. (Al-Anfal, 34)
